Office Express provides our clients with an after sales service team who are bilingual and professionally trained to assist our clients efficiently with passion.
  •   Prior to Move-In

    The sales representatives in charge of signing the lease with our clients will communicate with them to understand their needs and the type of after sales service they will require.

    The sales representative-in-charge will communicate with the after sales service team regarding the needs of each and every one of our clients.

  •   Day of Move-In

    Our clients will be welcomed by the sales representative-in-charge and the after sales service team who will guide the company to their new office space while making sure all the requirements of our clients are met.

    The after sales team will be guiding our client’s team on a one-on-one basis regarding how to utilize the facilities and equipment provided to them. They will make sure that our clients feel at home on the day they move in.

    We will be providing our clients with a “Welcome Book”. It provides the details and info of services our clients might need.

  •   Daily Operations

    Front desk reception: Phone answering, guest reception, receiving and sending of packages, etc.

    Document processing services: Photocopying, printing, stapling, laminating, scanning, fax, etc.

    Secretarial Services: Meeting room reservation, purchasing of office supplies, air ticket reservations, flower reservations, hotel reservations, restaurant reservations, greenery rental and newspaper delivery service, etc.

    IT Support: wireless internet, VPN service, Public IP address, communications center, telecommunication service, personal phone line, etc.

    Specialized executive services: Report creation, data entry, translation, Powerpoint creation, storage, airline pickup service and more.

  •   Meeting Room Services

    Guest reception, concession service, meeting room decoration, phone, projector, video and other meeting requirements, high speed internet, executive secretary support, etc.
